HVAC website gets cool upgrade
Recognizing the need for a more effective and flexible website to grow their opportunities, the commercial arm of Lennox International came to Power for help. Through a detailed review and discovery process, we developed a redesigned site that enabled Lennox to deliver product info quicker and easier than ever before.
Building a better user experience
Key to the revamped user experience was simplifying the layout and structure of the site. The previous version — targeting contractors and engineers — featured extensive copy and technical details. The new site, targeting building owners and facility managers, was reorganized to be product focused with subdivided sections to make it easier for users to navigate and locate desired product information.
Making the client’s life easier
Updates also included a security upgrade, allowing the site to perform better in Google organic searches and bring it in line with other Lennox digital properties. And because the site was designed for the client to easily administer and update content on their own, it was a more agile and cost-effective tool to improve sales prospects for their dealers.
